Following the Grenfell Tower Fire, the Government have asked schools to make assessments on all their buildings and to provide parents with the necessary update. The Department for Education takes fire safety very seriously as does Felsted School, who complies with stringent and thorough safety checks, emergency plans, regulations and standards.
Although the precise causes and contributing factors of the Grenfell Tower fire have not yet been determined, Felsted School can confirm that they do not have ACM (aluminium composite material) as a cladding material on any of their buildings.
